A leading provider of audience measurement data is presently looking to appoint a proven account executive / business developer to drive market share and brand recognition within the US entertainment industry.

The Position:

Reporting to Head of Data Sales, the successful candidate will:

  • Proactively drive new business development
  • Develop existing customer relationships to drive repeat revenues.
  • Promote the uptake of our client’s audience measurement data insights within major US studios and streaming services.
  • Relay client feedback to product development teams.
  • Undertake detailed market and competitor analysis to maintain competitive advantage.
  • Represent the business at trade events and entertainment industry expos, etc.

The Candidate:

Applicants will be expected to demonstrate:

  • Proven experience in the sales of data insight solutions within the entertainment industry
  • A network of contacts within large studios and streaming services (e.g. Netflix, Amazon, Disney)
  • A track record of achievement against KPI, revenue and margin targets
  • Excellent new business / hunter skillset (lead generation, presenting, negotiation, closing)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to leverage and strengthen existing relationships.
