With 20 years’ recruitment experience, the past 16 being with Verrus, I am responsible for the company’s key operational functions and overall expansion strategy. This includes business process optimisation, advertising, compliance, data management, internal recruitment, marketing, procurement and reporting. I still find the time to recruit directly for a number of fantastic clients.

Having joined the business in 2017, I now head up Verrus’ Natural Resources division, which specialises in mid-to-senior hires on a global basis but with a strong focus on North America. My team of expert recruiters have cultivated a deep understanding of the mining, metals, and upstream oil & gas sectors, consistently delivering across a wide range of both contingency and retained campaigns.
