This is a fantastic opportunity for a results-oriented sales professional to contribute to our client’s mission of advancing sustainable energy solutions in the Middle East.

The Position:

Reporting to the VP of EMEA sales, the successful candidate will:

  • Drive the sales of solar tracking hardware and software across the Middle East, with a primary focus on UAE and Saudi Arabia.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Identify and engage with key stakeholders in the solar industry, including EPCs, investors, and project owners.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor solutions which meet and exceed client needs.
  • Conduct market analysis to stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer requirements.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.

The Candidate:

Applicants will be expected to demonstrate:

  • A minimum of five years’ proven sales experience in the solar industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of solar tracking hardware and software solutions.
  • A strong understanding of the Middle East solar market, especially UAE and Saudi Arabia.
  • A proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets for big ticket sales (longer sales cycles with project values of $1m+)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication/presentation skills in English
  • The ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • A willingness to travel frequently within the Middle East region.
  • A strong personal network of contacts across renewable construction, EPCs, investors and owners
