Proven SaaS sales specialist required to form an essential part of the senior management team, with P&L responsibility and a remit further grow company culture across all different departments and regions

The Position:

The appointed Senior Sales Executive will be expected to:

  • Improve funnel efficiency from initial lead and outreach through to closing opportunities
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing to convert on inbound leads
  • Understand customers’ challenges and take a consultative approach to provide a customized solution which is to be implemented in collaboration with company Implementation Team
  • Be a mentor for the remaining Sales Team to optimize cadence efficiency
  • Optimize handover from Marketing to Sales and from Sales to Implementation

The Candidate:

Applicants will be expected to demonstrate:

  • A track record of selling SaaS solutions, ideally related to international logistics, shipping, supply chain and/or 4PL services
  • Experience of working in a small and flexible company
  • A willingness to learn and an eagerness to contribute to challenging projects
  • A positive attitude and proactive problem-solving mindset
  • Clear, effective, and patient communication skills
  • A mentor mentality to enable the effective coaching of others
