Are you a motivated sales professional with proven experience in the sales of X-Ray scanning and security scanning devices? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our client’s team in Texas.
The appointed Senior Sales & Business Development Manager will assume responsibility for:
- Developing and executing a strategic sales plan to penetrate and expand our client’s presence in federal government, ports, airports, borders, and commercial markets.
- Identifying and prioritizing potential clients and markets, creating tailored sales strategies to meet their specific needs.
- Establishing and nurturing relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders in target industries.
- Leading the full sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to contract negotiation and closing deals.
- Collaborating with technical teams to provide customized solutions and presentations to potential clients.
- Staying updated on industry trends, regulations, and competitive intelligence to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
- Meeting and exceeding sales targets and revenue goals, reporting progress regularly to senior management.
Applicants will be expected to demonstrate:
- A minimum of 5 years’ successful sales and/or business development experience within X-ray or related security technology.
- A strong network and established relationships within the federal government, ports, airports, borders, and commercial sectors
- Proven ability to identify and seize new business opportunities, resulting in revenue growth.
- Exceptional negotiation and communication skills.
- The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- A minimum bachelor’s degree in a business or related field.
