Senior Project Manager

    €60,000 to €100,000 + Benefits

    Based between site and our client’s Dublin head office, and reporting to the Head of Development, the appointed Senior Project Manager will work as a key member of the Development team. This role is ideal for a team player who thrives in a dynamic fast paced environment.

    The Position:

    The appointed Senior Project Manager will assume responsibility for:

    • Overseeing everything from leading the design team to meeting contract delivery deadlines
    • Establishing the overall success criteria of major construction projects, including time, cost, technical and performance parameters
    • Ongoing management of all development and construction activities across multiple projects, including quality, environmental, health and safety issues
    • Preparing project plans/schedules of works and ensuring contractor and design team adherence to agreed programmes
    • Leading and facilitating the overall cross-functional project team
    • Addressing regular internal queries & collaboration with legal, commercial and other departments
    • Regular reporting to CEO & management

    The Candidate:

    Applicants will be expected to demonstrate:

    • A minimum of five years’ senior project management experience for a tier one main contractor or (ideally) property developer
    • An excellent understanding of the project life cycle, from conception stage, through all operational stages to completion and post-project review
    • Hands on experience of management of construction projects and working in a fast-paced environment managing multiple live development projects
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project and/or Primavera
    • The ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
