Further to recent Series B funding, our client is poised for significant growth and is seeking a seasoned and self-motivated Senior Business Developer with a minimum of five years’ experience in the aviation industry.

The Position:

This individual contributor role will be instrumental in driving MRO, airlines, and airports’ adoption of our client’s SaaS solution.  The successful candidate will expand the company’s  market presence, establish strategic partnerships, and contribute to overall revenue growth, with key responsibilities being to:

  • Lead comprehensive market analysis to identify opportunities and challenges within the MRO, airlines, and airport sectors.
  • Develop and execute targeted strategies to establish a robust presence in each segment.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key aviation decision-makers.
  • Collaborate closely with clients to understand specific operational needs, tailoring our client’s SaaS solution for maximum impact.
  • Drive the entire sales lifecycle, exceeding sales targets through lead generation, negotiation, and contract closure.
  • Develop persuasive sales presentations and proposals, showcasing the unique benefits of our client’s comprehensive aviation analytics platform.
  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our client’s SaaS platform, specializing in fuel management, route optimization, and related modules.
  • Provide advanced product training and support to clients, ensuring successful onboarding and utilization.
  • Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with industry stakeholders, technology integrators, and key influencers.
  • Collaborate with partners to develop joint initiatives that enhance reach and impact.

Requirements:

  • A minimum bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • At least five years’ proven success in SaaS sales within the aviation industry.
  • Expertise in aviation operations, with a focus on fuel management and route optimization.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • The ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
