Senior Attorney

Our client is looking to appoint a Senior Labor & Employment Attorney with experience in wage and hour, class action, and PAGA single plaintiff FEHA litigation.

Established for forty years, this firm has provided expert legal advice and representation to clients in employment law, workers’ compensation defense and insurance subrogation cases including on the job injuries and insurance defense.

This role requires a candidate who can demonstrate:

Adeptness to working both independently and collaboratively.
Ability to deliver high-caliber legal counsel and representation in a fast-paced environment.
Strategic thinking ability and a commitment to excellence in client service.
Senior level experience in labor and employment law, with a significant focus on management side representation in wage and hour, class action, PAGA and single plaintiff FEHA litigation.
