The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving or exceeding sales and service goals, mainly in UK dental clinics and/or dental laboratories.

The Position:

We are looking to fill territory roles for our client in the following regions of the UK:

  • Scotland
  • North of England
  • Southwest of England

The appointed Sales Representative(s) will be responsible for:

  • Effective selling and promotion of our client’s products, solutions, activities and services to existing and potential new customers
  • Identifying customer needs and developing appropriate solutions
  • Mastering customer insights to communicate and promote the value proposition
  • Active involvement in engaging with hospitals, DSOs and universities
  • Implementing and monitoring creative marketing activities aimed at expanding/growing core business, taking ROI into account
  • Identifying prospective customers and maintaining regular contact with those identified
  • Ensuring that opportunities are handled efficiently through the sales funnel
  • Priority support to key accounts and chains
  • Supporting local, national and international events, trade shows and company meetings as appropriate

The Candidate:

Applicants will be expected to demonstrate:

  • Proven field sales experience within the dental products sector
  • A track record of meeting and exceeding KPI, revenue and margin targets
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong drive for self-learning (to stay informed on products, technologies, clinical studies, competitor activity etc)
  • A strong personal network of contacts across the dental treatment community (dental laboratories, surgeons, restorative dentists etc)
  • Experience of attending patient seminars, referral meetings, lab events, T&E activities etc
  • Strong territory budget management skills to ensure the required return on investment
  • Experience of carrying out timely and accurate Sales reporting via CRM
