Sales Manager

To guarantee the rapid development of its European subsidiary, our client is looking to appoint a multi-lingual and proven business developer to increase market share and brand recognition across the continent.

Responsibilities:

  • Building and maintaining data base with key account customers, leads, and new sales pipeline.
  • Forecasting sales volume in co-operation with group headquarters.
  • Preparing daily sales and activity reports.
  • Participating in and helping to organize trade fairs and marketing activities.
  • Actively seeking new business development opportunities

Requirements:

  • A minimum university degree – bachelor’s or masters.
  • Strong and international experience in the B2B sales of imaging, detection, or related solutions
  • A network of contacts within the dental and/or medical industry
  • A structured and customer-focused approach to business development, from zero to success.
  • The ability to adapt to a high frequency of travel activity (initially around 30% of time but likely to increase)
  • Fluent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese
  • (Ideally) prior supervisory / people management / leadership experience
