The appointed Sales Manager will drive the sales of short- and long-term maintenance contracts for air conditioning and heating services with industrial and commercial clients.


  • Identifying and closing opportunities for new sales
  • Designing and implementing a robust strategy to meet and exceed KPI, sales and margin objectives.
  • Maximizing repeat business / renewal revenues from existing clients
  • Liaising with technicians to ensure safe and efficient delivery of services.
  • Representing the business at trade events and industry exhibitions


  • Proven experience in the sales of service agreements for heating and cooling equipment or related MEP
  • A network of contacts within the industrial, commercial and/or multi-family sectors
  • Good communication, professionalism, problem solving skills, and critical thinking.
  • A valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
  • Advanced business development abilities (lead generation, presenting, objection handling, negotiation, closing)
  • Proven relationship building and interpersonal abilities to ensure healthy repeat business from existing client base.
  • Prior specific experience of Carrier and/or Payne HVAC systems would be beneficial.
  • A successful track record of meeting KPIs and revenue objectives (at least $5,000,000)
