    Proven Sales Manager required to lead our client’s South / South West regional sales process and sales team to achieve targets by coaching and developing.

    The Position:

    The appointed Sales Manager will assume responsibility for:

    • Developing the company’s position and customer base in the market
    • Ensuring profitability, customer satisfaction and loyalty
    • Identifying and building relationships with key decision makers, potential new targets and influencers
    • Gathering relevant information about competitors and market from the field
    • Identifying opportunities for cross-selling of all solutions
    • Setting sales targets and monitoring team performance against
    • Approving tenders and orders generated by the sales team
    • Developing the competence and performance of the sales team

    The Candidate:

    Applicants will be expected to demonstrate:

    • Proven sales leadership experience in the lifts industry
    • Excellent coaching and man management abilities
    • Experience spanning new lift installation, service/maintenance and modernisation
    • A thorough understanding of sales cycle, customer buying strategies, negotiation, reporting and funnel management
    • Sound business planning, communication and presentation skills
