Our client is seeking an ambitious, energetic and passionate sales developer to play a crucial role in the growth of its smart lockers business.

The Position:

The appointed Sales Manager will be responsible for:

  • Reaching out to new potential clients across a target end user client base including retailers, offices, warehouses and parcel delivery companies
  • Researching and identifying potential customers and interacting with them through multiple channels to initiate the sales process
  • Qualifying inbound new business inquiries and booking in-person meetings
  • Presenting the company’s smart locker automation solution and closing for sales
  • Organising and developing targeted marketing campaigns to attract new clients

The Candidate:

Applicants will be expected to demonstrate:

  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth and rapidly changing environment
  • A minimum of five years’ solution-oriented sales development experience
  • The ability to think quickly in conversations and answer unexpected questions with ease
  • Self-discipline, focus and strong time-management skills with which to effectively manage an intense and high-volume business
  • The ability to organize and prioritise work independently with energy, positivity and resilience
  • (Ideally) a minimum bachelors’ degree qualification
  • The ability to directly impact the growth of a business looking at triple-digit annual growth
