Proven modular structures sales specialist required to help drive the next stage of our client’s impressive UK growth across the South of England.

The Position:

The appointed Regional Sales Manager will assume responsibility for:

  • Promoting the sales of our client’s aluminium and steel framed temporary and semi-permanent buildings, structures and marquees
  • Increasing market share and brand recognition to meet ambitious KPI, revenue and margin targets
  • Liaising closely with internal teams including technicians, structural engineers and designers
  • Identifying and closing new business opportunities while concurrently maximising repeat revenues from existing clients across territory
  • Representing the company at industry events and marketing opportunities

The Candidate:

Applicants for the role of Regional Sales Manager will be expected to demonstrate:

  • A minimum of two years’ field sales experience within the temporary buildings / modular structures industry
  • A strong personal network of contacts across the events, industrial, defence, retail and/or commercial sectors
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • First class lead generation, presenting, solution selling, negotiation and closing abilities
  • Excellent relationship building skills to ensure repeat business from new business wins
