This is an excellent opportunity to join a global company who are gearing up for significant UK market growth.  The appointed Project Manager will be responsible for the smooth and efficient management of key installation projects.

The Opportunity:

A progressive role with superb career prospects, the appointed Project Manager will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring that interiors projects are concluded smoothly, on time, to budget, and in accordance with agreed SHEQ standards
  • Liaising with stakeholders to manage progress, quality and commercials, monitoring and reporting throughout
  • Coordinating with clients to understand customer needs related to the project
  • Coordinating with management and customers to ensure successful site completion
  • Developing and implementing detailed plans to achieve project objectives and ensure excellent service
  • Participating in customer meetings and reviews concerning project plans and progress
  • Proactively anticipating and resolving potential problems

The Candidate:

Applicants will be expected to demonstrate:

  • Proven project management experience gained within interior fit out, ideally focussed on the retail and/or commercial sectors
  • Experience of planning and installing high volume, multi-site projects
  • Strong IT skills including database work and MS Word, Project, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
  • Project experience encompassing forecasts, quotes, orders, installation and billing
  • The ability to gain a solid understanding of customer needs and deliver customer satisfaction
  • A strong understanding of the relationship between account activities and key financial measurables
  • Confident and competent communication skills with varying management levels
  • The ability to remain organised, focused and multitask in an ever changing, fast paced environment
