A Canadian mineral exploration company focused on the acquisition and development of precious metals projects across Quebec is currently looking to appoint a President & CEO to assume overall responsibility for the development and successful operation of the company.

Responsibilities:

The appointed President & CEO will:

  • Develop comprehensive strategies for the evolution and advancement of the organizational structure, encompassing accounting, finance, management, and technology.
  • Provide overarching guidance for both short-term objectives and long-term vision.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in management and accounting principles to ensure meticulous oversight of financial operations and human resources management.
  • Ensure strict adherence to the company’s management protocols, especially concerning financial regulations.
  • Validate and oversee budgetary processes, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Exhibit strong interpersonal skills to effectively engage with stakeholders across various levels.
  • Contribute to shaping the organizational culture by collaborating with partners, public authorities, industry stakeholders, and employees.
  • Possess adept commercial acumen and negotiation prowess to address the expectations of shareholders and stakeholders.
  • Cultivate a robust international business network to promote the company’s interests and facilitate fundraising endeavours.
  • Possess in-depth knowledge of public company financing mechanisms.
  • Stay abreast of industry-leading practices in marketing and communications.
