A full-service business and litigation law firm serving regional, national, and global companies, our client is presently looking to appoint a 4th to 7th Year attorney for its established life sciences practice.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience of big law technology transactions (drafting, reviewing, negotiating, licensing agreements, NOT litigation) within life sciences sectors such as AgTech, food technology, pharma and/or biotech.

Adept at working both independently and collaboratively, the appointed applicant will be an individual capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment and committed to delivering high-calibre output.
