Mid-Level Associate

Our client currently seeks a mid-level associate with 3 to 6 years’ experience for the corporate practice group of either its Minneapolis, Miami, Philadelphia or Pittsburgh offices. 

Ideal candidates will have experience in mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, private equity, securities, and general corporate work. 

Qualified candidates will also have excellent academic credentials and an active law license in the state where they will work / reside.
