An award-winning firm with a 15+ year history of providing end-to-end litigation support services to law firms, corporations, and governmental agencies throughout the world, our client has built an excellent reputation for responsive service and strong levels of repeat business.
After fantastic dynamic growth, the firm are now building out a dedicated Mergers & Acquisitions team and are looking to hire an M&A Associate to work on their already extensive pipeline.
Ideal candidates will have 2-5 years’ experience in accounting, investment banking, and / or corporate development, and proven experience with:
- Quality of earnings reports
- Due diligence data packs
- Financial models
- Investment memoranda
Specific legal industry experience is a plus, but not necessary.
