An innovative WealthTech provider is presently seeking an experienced account executive to support its continued US expansion and ongoing transformation of the reporting and analytics space.

The Position:

The appointed account executive will assume responsibility for:

  • Developing and executing a territory and account-based sales strategy aligned with company growth goals
  • Identifying, engaging and influencing senior decision-makers across target accounts in financial services and related sectors.
  • Managing the complete sales cycle from initial outreach and qualification through proposal, negotiation, and contract closure.
  • Conducting tailored software demonstrations and solution presentations that address both business challenges and technical requirements.
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with marketing, product development, and client success teams to deliver client-specific solutions.
  • Continuously monitoring market trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies to adapt and refine your approach.

The Candidate:

Applicants will be expected to demonstrate:

  • A minimum 10 years’ SaaS sales experience, preferably within financial services and/or targeting  wealth management and institutional clients.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage long, complex sales cycles and close high-value contracts.
  • Deep understanding of cloud-based platforms.
  • Proven success in lead generation, consultative selling, and strategic account development.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, including public speaking and stakeholder engagement.
  • A minimum bachelor’s degree in finance, business, technology, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Industry certifications such as CFA or CIPM are a plus.
  • Technological aptitude and the ability to quickly understand and explain complex software solutions.
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
  • Willingness and ability to travel as required for client meetings, demos, and industry events.
