The Position:

Our client is looking for a self-starter to develop and maintain UK sales pipeline across its high street portfolio.   Key responsibilities will include:

  • Securing new high street clients through direct sales activity and networking
  • Managing existing high street accounts to maximise customer satisfaction and ensure contracts are renewed
  • Enhancing the scope and quality of the service portfolio to high street clients
  • Collaborating with internal teams to leverage strengths, expertise and account/market knowledge
  • Executing action plans that expertly anticipate and exceed client expectations
  • Communicating client requests to internal teams and managing client expectations
  • Escalating and managing any problems that may arise

The Candidate:

Applicants will be expected to demonstrate:

  • Proven experience of the retail sector and/or town and city centres (possibly gained in a local government role focused upon measuring data, footfall etc)
  • A passion for new technology and a thirst for autonomy
  • Strong commercial awareness and experience in working with data
  • Proven lead generation abilities and closing skills to convert these into new business sales
  • A strong passion for identifying upselling opportunities
  • Diligent account management skills
