    The Position:

    Our client is looking to appoint an energetic and driven field sales professional to increase market share across the central region of the UK, identifying business development opportunities and closing for sales.  Focused primarily on our client’s range of horizontal and vertical baler solutions, the successful candidate will benefit from working within a thriving operation and will formulate strategic initiatives to ensure the company are at the table when opportunities arise for new business wins.

    The Candidate:

    Applicants will be expected to demonstrate:

    • Proven field-based experience in high value equipment sales
    • A consultative and solution-based sales style / approach
    • A network of contacts within the waste recycling industry
    • Self-motivation, proactivity and ambition to achieve results
    • Proven ability to meet and exceed KPI, revenue and margin targets
    • Excellent communication and organisational skills
    • Advanced negotiation and closing abilities
