Attorney

A full-service, Am Law 200 law firm is actively seeking a qualified attorney with a minimum of five years’ general corporate experience to join its growing corporate practice area.

The Opportunity:

The successful candidate will have strong academic credentials, exceptional analytical and writing abilities, outstanding interpersonal skills and a strong interest in corporate law, including mergers and acquisitions.  This position offers the successful candidate continued and ongoing professional development and support of personal practice growth through client development initiatives. This position can be based in either of our client’s Minneapolis, St. Louis or Kansas City offices. Lawyers will be expected to be bar accredited in whichever state they practise.
