Our client is looking to appoint an employment litigation associate with at least four years’ litigation experience and a demonstrated interest in labor and employment law.

Candidates will be expected to demonstrate:

  • A minimum four years’ class/collective action litigation experience, ideally in employment law (encompassing wage and hour litigation) but any litigation area will be considered.
  • Experience of drafting and responding to discovery and initial pleadings
  • Excellent academic credentials, writing and analytical skills.
  • The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience of drafting and arguing motions and defending depositions.
  • The ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment.
