We are currently partnering with a leading animal feed additives company in their search for a sales manager to focus on Central and Eastern Europe. This is a remote position with immense growth potential.

The Position:

The appointed Sales Manager will:

  • Be instrumental in driving sales growth and market expansion across Central and Eastern Europe
  • Promote the sales of feed additives to customers and distributors.
  • Design and implement a robust regional sales strategy to meet forecasted objectives.
  • Maintain, expand, and consolidate existing customer relationships.
  • Systematically develop new customer groups and potential customers.
  • Conduct sales and advisory meetings.
  • Act as contact person for technical and commercial questions regarding the product portfolio and general animal nutrition / husbandry topics.
  • Organize and implement regular customer visits, documenting results and reviewing measures to achieve sales targets.
  • Participate in trade fairs, events, congresses, customer events, and specialist lectures.

Requirements:

  • A minimum degree qualification in agricultural sciences, veterinary medicine, natural sciences, or business administration
  • Strong knowledge of animal nutrition and sales experience in the DACH region.
  • Experience in the compound feed sector and/or distribution of feed additives / veterinary products,
  • Proficiency in common MS Office programs and CRM systems.
  • A high degree of initiative, commitment, and customer-oriented thinking.
  • Strong communication skills, ability to work in a team, and willingness to travel extensively.
