A global biopharmaceutical company is looking for a proven marketing and transformation project leader to head up an established trade marketing team.

The Position:

Based in São Paulo, the appointed Trade Marketing & Customer Engagement Lead will assume responsibility for:

  • Leading and implementing the retail channel’s strategic footprint
  • Developing the retail trade marketing strategy and tactical roadmap
  • Developing the e-channel with main partners of pharmaceutical market
  • Accelerating the performance of the product portfolio with impactful trade and business plan initiatives
  • Ensuring proper levels of investments and returns with trade activation
  • Designing in-store execution drives and monitoring them for OTC Generics portfolio
  • Fostering Go-to-market digital models with all commercial stakeholders: Pharmacy Chains, Wholesalers, Independent Pharmacies, Pharmacists and Clerks
  • Managing B2B and Pharmacist omnichannel operation
  • Managing the sales platforms to focus on improved Cx (customer experience) and increased sales/conversion

The Candidate:

Applicants will be expected to demonstrate:

  • A minimum bachelor’s degree qualification, ideally in a science or business discipline
  • Proven trade marketing and e-commerce experience in the consumer channel
  • Experience of leading successful transformation projects
  • Proven leadership and man management skills
  • Fluent written and verbal communication skills in Portuguese and English
