Senior Manager

The appointed Senior Manager will support sales at key accounts by assisting with the scoping, solutions, and program planning around Workday Financial Management software.

The Position:

The successful candidate will deliver Workday implementation services through leadership, keeping team members utilized and ultimately growing revenue, with key responsibilities to include:

• Leading Workday projects involving strategy, implementation support, and enterprise resource planning (ERP) optimization related to information technology
• Designing, developing and deploying complex integrations in support of enterprise initiatives
• Supporting the delivery team as a subject matter expert (SME) for ongoing Workday Financial Management projects and helping kick off and plan new ones

This is a hybrid position to be based between our client’s office and from home, with some travel to client locations also (10% to 15% of the time).

The Candidate:

Applicants will be expected to demonstrate:

• A minimum bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred) in MIS, Accounting or Finance
• 4+ years’ experience with a consulting firm
• 8+ years’ experience in Workday Financial Management or related Financial ERP Systems (NetSuite, Oracle, SAP etc.)
• 3+ years’ business process knowledge and business process blueprint experience
• Experience of designing, architecting and solutioning Workday/ ERP modules
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
