    The Senior International Marketing Manager will be focused on executing marketing plans and product launches for our client’s HIV, HCV and adherence franchises on an international basis.

    The Position:

    This role will appeal to a self-motivated individual with strong results, team orientation and good technical capabilities to achieve the following milestones:

    • Successfully launching new product in European and African markets
    • Establishing an international tactical marketing team to support in-country marketing communications
    • Optimizing website design to drive new sales
    • Generating double digit sales growth in international markets for HIV, HCV and adherence products
    • Securing international regulatory approval for new Hepatitis C product
    • Scaling up adherence testing in key markets to achieve projected sales

    The Candidate:

    Applicants will be expected to demonstrate:

    • A minimum of three years’ diagnostics, pharmaceutical or medical device experience in the infectious disease marketplace
    • A minimum degree level of education attainment (science related or MBA preferred)
    • Strong experience of managing product launches and marketing teams
    • Experience of managing third-party agents or a distribution channel
    • The ability to understand technical issues and prioritize multiple tasks
    • Experience of working within multi-functional and multi-geographical teams
    • Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with customers and with all levels of personnel
    • Strong leadership skills to develop employees and advance company sales and ethical standards
