Senior Associate / Of Counsel

Our client is looking to appoint a top-quality, self-starting US-qualified lawyer who can run US cases with a high degree of independence, ideally from its UK headquarters or remotely in the US, where the firm also has a location.

Our client is an international plaintiff’s law firm specializing in equality and anti-discrimination law, with a focus on feminism and social justice.  The firm’s work includes high-profile contentious and non- contentious employment work, including Title VII and Title IX violations, sexual harassment, victimization, whistleblowing, civil rape, trafficking and online harassment, including image- based abuse. 

Applicants will be expected to demonstrate:

• A minimum of five years’ hands-on, real-world experience in discrimination, harassment and abuse litigation, ideally involving the representation of plaintiffs
• Excellent academic credentials, strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• A strong appetite for challenging assignments and doing the right thing.
• First class written and verbal communication skills.
