    An established architectural consultancy is presently seeking an experienced BIM/Revit technologist to be involved in the design briefs of a variety of projects, primarily in the residential and education sectors.

    The Position:

    The appointed Senior Architectural Technologist will assume responsibility for:

    • Preparing design and construction documents
    • Completing planning and building regulation drawings
    • Providing design and technical support
    • Managing a small team of less experienced architectural technologists
    • Amending and updating drawings
    • Assisting project teams and other staff members as required
    • Working towards deadlines and budgets, resolving any issues that may arise

    The Candidate:

    Applicants will be expected to demonstrate:

    • A minimum of five years’ experience as an architectural technologist
    • Experience of working on medium to large projects, ideally within the residential and/or education sectors
    • Proficiency in the use of BIM and Revit
    • Previous supervisory or leadership experience
    • Proven experience of working on RIBA stages 3 to 5
    • A strong and up-to-date understanding of UK building regulations
