    Proven sales leader required immediately for an interactive/connected fitness equipment company looking to expand its share of the non-US hospitality market.

    The Opportunity:

    The Successful Sales Manager/Director will be responsible for finding new opportunities with the largest hospitality groups through both direct sales and distributor agreements. You will be responsible for the entire sales process from hunting to closing deals. This opportunity will give you the chance to join the next market leader with untold potential for growth. Key responsibilities will include:

    • Developing prospecting plans for global development
    • Building relationships and creating new opportunities
    • Maintaining opportunity/account information within CRM
    • Developing new sales opportunities through networking
    • Maintaining up-to-date forecasts and healthy pipelines
    • Providing management with sales reports and project updates
    • Gathering competitor intelligence to differentiate value proposition

    Requirements:

    • Proven experience as a Sales Manager/Director in the Fitness Equipment Industry
    • BSc or BA in business administration, sales or marketing
    • Record of success in the hospitality market
    • Ability to excel in a fast-paced sales environment
    • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and Word, as well as learning and adopting new tools
    • Experience with CRM and opportunity management systems
    • Experience creating pipelines and forecasting
    • Excellent verbal and written communication and negotiation skills and ability to build sustainable business relationships
    • Familiarity with fitness market trends and demonstrate curiosity in new technologies and products that could add value
    • Previous experience in the hospitality and fitness markets globally
