Proven sales and business development professional required to identify and close new logo prospects and become a trusted advisor to existing clients across the US West Coast.

The Position:

The appointed Sales Manager will assume responsibility for:

  • Connecting our client’s software and service offerings with new clients as a generator for new business growth
  • Consulting with prospective clients including law firms, corporations, financial institutions, and government agencies, to understand their needs and identify/deliver the right solutions
  • Maintaining and growing assigned existing accounts, maximizing relationships to grow revenue
  • Sourcing and developing client referrals, including new firms
  • Maintaining an accurate record of all sales activities within CRM

The Candidate:

Applicants will be expected to demonstrate:

  • A minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in SaaS sales within eDiscovery or any legal software/solution
  • A network of contacts among and within law firms and corporate legal departments
  • Proven ability to achieve sales quotas
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
