European Sales Director

    This is a tremendous opportunity with substantial earning potential based upon a highly competitive basic plus commission based on existing business growth and new account acquisition.

    The Position:

    Reporting to the VP of Sales, the appointed Brand Protection Sales Director will promote a range of solutions that enable customers to protect their products and brand against illicit activities.  This will principally involve:

    • Working closely with market leading brands and internal teams to deliver differentiated solutions
    • Targeting consumer-packaged goods, spirits, pharmaceuticals, life sciences and agricultural chemical brands across Europe
    • Knowledgeably promoting brand protection, product authentication and anti-counterfeiting solutions directly to prospects and at conferences
    • Developing and executing a sales strategy to meet revenue and margin targets
    • Prospecting new accounts, qualifying opportunities and managing through the sales process to deal closure
    • Documenting and tracking deal progress using the CRM
    • Managing an assigned customer set to a high degree of customer satisfaction to ensure contracts are retained

    The Candidate:

    Applicants will be expected to demonstrate:

    • Proven technical/solutions sales experience
    • Advanced knowledge of anti-counterfeiting, product authentication/integrity solutions for branded products
    • The ability to work independently with minimal supervision
    • Knowledge of manufacturing printing and packaging processes
    • An extensive network of contacts in the European pharmaceutical, spirits, agricultural chemicals, life science, electronics, apparel and/or CPG sectors
    • A willingness to travel extensively across Europe (60% of time)
