An international provider of custom software development with agile software delivery professionals, our client is presently seeking a proven sales and business development leader to drive market share across the UK.

The Position:

The appointed Sales Director will be responsible for:

  • Promoting the sales of our client’s agile software engineering and staff augmentation services
  • Regular and frequent travel to clients across the UK
  • Focus on healthcare, financial services, high-tech customers, plus new markets.
  • Meeting with existing and potential customers / partners to explain product capabilities and close deals.

The Candidate:

Applicants will be expected to demonstrate: 

  • A minimum of five years’ experience in the sales of digital engineering outsourcing, design, or product development services
  • Strong customer focus and engineering background
  • Outstanding interpersonal, organisational, and analytical abilities.
  • (Ideally) a strong network of contacts across the healthcare, financial services, and/or high-tech
