The Opportunity:

The Research Consultant’s principal responsibilities will include:

  • Taking detail vacancy/campaign briefs from managing recruiters to fully understand and crystallize the client’s preferred candidate profile
  • Performing detailed candidate searches across LinkedIn Recruiter and traditional job board websites to create applicant longlists for initial screening and selection by managing consultants
  • Managing and prioritizing workflow according to quality control criteria including projected fees, time constraints, level of decision maker, exclusivity levels and/or client history
  • Implementing a combination of search methodologies typically comprising pre-defined website fields/categories, Boolean logic and competitor mapping
  • Working with consultants to generate market intelligence and competitor matrices for the proactive marketing of candidates to prospective employers

The Candidate:

Applicants will be expected to demonstrate:

  • A good level of educational attainment (A-Level minimum, degree preferred)
  • Self-motivation, drive, ambition and resourcefulness
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages an advantage)
  • Proficiency in the use of the Microsoft Office 365 suite of products
  • Strong organisational abilities, attention to detail, research and analytical abilities
  • A familiarity with the LinkedIn platform
  • The ability to multi-task and prioritise across multiple concurrent campaigns
