    Excellent opportunity to plan and implement a sales and business development strategy aimed at generating new business and increasing our client’s profile within target markets.

    The Position:

    The appointed Regional Sales Manager will to:

    • Execute a sales and business development strategy to achieve the company’s business objectives
    • Identify, profile, analyse and implement new business opportunities in relevant markets
    • Coordinate and follow up on existing leads and assess market entry options
    • Proactively generate new leads in an effective and structured manner
    • Establish solid working relationships with key customers to develop long term contract business and build brand awareness
    • Support the preparation of job estimates and negotiate pricing with customers
    • Instruct and liaise with architects, contractors and other site workers as required
    • Prepare monthly reports to enhance management’s decision-making ability
    • Contribute to new product development through the presentation of customer feedback

    The Candidate:

    Applicants will be expected to demonstrate:

    • A track record of success in a field based sales role
    • A specification background involving main contractors and architects
    • Proven ability to meet and exceed KPI, sales and margin targets
    • First class negotiation and closing abilities
    • Technical ability to interpret complex drawings and design schematics
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
