The Position:
The appointed Regional Sales Director will assume responsibility for:
- Sales and growth in the region along with managing partner GTM and direct sales
- Managing net new business development and existing customers relationships
- Developing and maintaining strategic partners in the region and managing business routed through the channel
- Working with enterprise account contacts (CTO/CIO/CEO) targeting Fortune 1000 companies
- Developing and executing a plan for expansion to net new customers logos and managing all RTM
The Candidate:
Applicants will be expected to demonstrate:
- Extensive experience in software product sales at scale (SAAS, PAAS)/ELA
- Experience with Cloud native and Kubernetes
- Sales experience through channel partners and direct to end users
- Partner experience, for example Accenture, Wipro, HCL, IBM or similar
- Rolodex of C-Level contacts within Fortune 1000 companies
- Aggressive new business experience
- The ability to source leads and prospect new customers
- Experience of building and leading teams at global organizations
