Private Equity Vice President

A lower-middle market, industry-agnostic private equity firm with ~$100mm AUM is presently looking to onboard an outstanding Vice President.

The successful candidate will quarterback deal efforts and manage workstream on all phases of investing: Origination, due diligence, evaluation, execution, monitoring, managing, and exiting of portfolio investments.

Applicants will be expected to have a minimum of five years’ private equity experience in B2B tech-enabled services and industrials sectors, plus a demonstrated ability to be an active and engaged board member for portfolio companies, supporting CFO/CEOs in value creation.
