Our client’s electronics and software patent prosecution team currently require a USPTO-registered attorney with a degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a closely related field.

The ideal candidate would have at least four years of patent prosecution experience including drafting and prosecuting software applications in technologies including cloud infrastructure, artificial intelligence/machine learning, networking, and enterprise software systems.

Our client is a full-service, international law firm with more than 600 attorneys who work with forward-thinking clients in established and emerging industries to solve their most business-critical matters.

Applicants must be admitted to their appropriate state bar and exhibit strong attention to detail and technical writing skills (transcripts and patent related writing samples will be requested.)
