Patent Associate

Our client is a full-service national law firm with a strong reputation and history of success that spans more than 60 years of proactive and solution-oriented business and litigation counsel.

Employing more than 300 lawyers across a network of 15 offices, the firm is presently seeking a Patent Associate with deposition, hearing and second chair trial experience, ideally gained within the medical devices, electrical, pharmaceutical and/or computer software sectors. 

Applicants will be expected to demonstrate:

• A minimum JD degree qualification
• At least four years’ litigation experience
• Exceptional research, writing, and analytical skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• The ability to distil research into meaningful and persuasive written and oral presentations
