We are looking to hear from lawyers with sophisticated deal experience in privacy and cybersecurity law.

The Position:

The appointed Privacy & Cybersecurity Partner will be responsible for:

  • Compliance with GDPR, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), and other new US state and federal data protection laws
  • The Internet of Things (IoT), Artificial Intelligence (AI), wearable tech, healthcare IT, and biometric software
  • Data as a discrete asset class governed by specialized laws and regulations
  • FTC regulations and investigations
  • Data breach preparation, response, and remediation
  • Defending class action litigation resulting from information security and privacy law violations

Requirements:

  • A minimum of five years’ experience within data privacy
  • A portable book of business (circa $1,000,000) or skillset to bring on new business
  • (Ideally) experience within digital advertising (AdTech) or e-commerce
