logistics specialist

Bilingual (English and Chinese or Dutch) logistics specialist required to handle demo management, warehouse operations, inventory management and import/export coordination and reporting.

 The Position:

The appointed Logistics Specialist will be responsible for:

• Demo daily management, including demo loan process, demo receiving and shipping coordination/tracking
• Outsourcing warehouse management, including logistic partner selection, KPI setting and evaluation
• Inventory management including inventory planning, leading regular counts to ensure inventory accuracy
• Inbound and outbound management, import & export coordination
• Design and development of logistic related processes and reports

The Candidate:

Applicants will be expected to demonstrate:

• A minimum bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain, business administration or a related field
• At least three years’ logistics experience
• Familiarity with Dutch import and export processes and related regulations
• Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office and (ideally) ERP or WMS
• Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English and either Chinese or Dutch
• A full driving licence and a self-motivated, proactive attitude
