This is a fantastic graduate opportunity to kickstart your career in the marketing communications industry, overseeing the smooth delivery of client services projects and ensuring they achieve their full potential.
The Position:
The successful candidate will assume responsibility for:
- Assisting the Account Managers in managing creative, marketing, print and mailing projects, including frequent contact with clients and supplier partners
- Pitching ideas and managing post-sale activities from estimate stage and proofing cycle through to production output
- Assisting with sales and production queries to ensure all expectations, SLAs and timelines are met
- Interacting with all respective departments and the company’s Management Information System (MIS) to ensure all data is accurate
- Ensuring all production and delivery timescales are met with proactive diary management
- Supporting the appropriate work trafficking of projects through the production process
- Assisting with the management of marketing activities and campaigns for clients
- Attending client meetings either on video platforms or in person to take project briefs, provide analysis and performance against SLAs
The Candidate:
Applicants will be expected to demonstrate:
- A minimum recent bachelor’s degree qualification or relevant work experience
- Some knowledge of creative and marketing solutions
- Creative thinking skills and a willingness to learn new skills and develop existing ones
- A positive, proactive and self-motivated approach
- Exceptional attention to detail, organizational and planning skills
- Strong personal gravitas to deal with people at all levels, including clients and supply partners
- The ability to work independently as well as in a multi-disciplinary team environment
- Excellent communication skills with all stakeholders and a confidence in presenting information
- Good project management skills and diligence
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office (and ideally project planning software)
