    The Position:

    The appointed Estimator will be responsible for helping to win new business by creating tenders and preparing accurate flooring designs.  You will receive full training in the use of our client’s CRM package and bespoke software packages, utilising them to produce quotations and precise designs to submit in a timely manner as part of competitive tenders.  Ensuring that a high level of customer satisfaction is achieved, you will liaise with architects and customers to complete any design changes, also responding to customer product enquiries via telephone and email channels.

    The Candidate:

    To be considered for this role, you must have:

    • A working knowledge of AutoCAD
    • The ability to evaluate and interpret tender stage drawings
    • A high level of IT literacy, especially in MS Office
    • An HNC and/or HND in a building related subject
    • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
    • The ability to prioritise your workload
    • Strong relationship building abilities
