We are recruiting for a fantastic partner-level vacancy (California based) for a highly respected Management-Side Labor & Employment firm.

The ideal candidate would be a management-side employment defense attorney, coming a strong management-side firm, with strong experience in California State Court with Single Plaintiff and Class Wage & Hour actions. Experience with PAGA actions is essential. A minimum of 4 years of experience in these areas is required. No portable book is required for this role.
