With ambitious plans to develop regional bases across the UK, our client is positioning for significant growth over the coming years and is looking to appoint an adept Ecommerce & Marketing Manager to raise the profile of the business further.

The Position:

Reporting to the Managing director, the successful candidate will be responsible for instigating and managing new and innovative group marketing campaigns across all platforms, gathering market information, co-ordinating customer activity and communicating customer needs to the business.  This will involve:

  • Managing key accounts and developing new leads
  • Developing an online marketplace for sales
  • Creating an Amazon platform for sales
  • Contributing to NPD using customer feedback to generate recommendations
  • Coordinating customer queries and requests, taking calls and answering emails to ensure customer needs are met
  • Ensuring that important customer information is communicated to relevant teams within the business
  • Attending and leading customer meetings to build lasting relationships
  • Coordinating meetings and customer visits where required

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • The ability to work both autonomously and as part of a collaborative team
  • Good personal organisation skills and time keeping
  • The ability to identify, cost and follow through on new ideas which will benefit the whole business
  • Confident interpersonal skills to engage with colleagues and customers (up to director level)
  • A full UK driving licence
