    Proven account/relationship management professional required to handle the coordination and delivery of key advertising, design and marketing projects for an integrated provider of award-winning marketing communications.

    The Position:

    The successful candidate will oversee creative projects on a day-to-day basis, ensuring that they run smoothly and achieve their full potential.  This will involve regular contact and productive communication with clients to offer new and forward-thinking ideas in a fast-paced environment that is both demanding and fulfilling.  Principal responsibilities will include:

    • The day-to-day management of clients’ marketing and advertising campaigns
    • Building and maintaining strong relationships both internally and externally
    • Presenting proposals and recommendations effectively, logically and concisely
    • Generating accurate reports and status notifications
    • Pitching fresh and innovative ideas to clients, giving concepts direction and maintaining a clear strategy to achieve the very best outcome
    • Completing projects to a specific schedule and within agreed budgets
    • Gaining client approval for all projects and creative work, ensuring the work is carried out to the agreed brief and quality
    • Ensuring all paperwork (budgets, timing plans, briefs, creative statuses) is maintained accurately and is visible on the in-house MI portal
    • Ensuring the appropriate work trafficking of all projects through the production process

    The Candidate:

    Applicants will be expected to demonstrate:

    • Proven account management, project management or client relationship management experience gained in an integrated agency environment
    • A strong understanding of the key elements of creative design, advertising and marketing
    • Excellent communication skills, self-motivation, discipline and a keen desire to learn and progress
    • The confidence, persuasiveness and assertiveness to make decisions and to promote ideas, creative concepts and platform solutions to a senior level
    • A calm, organised and resilient approach to delivering for the client, even when working to tight deadlines
    • A keen attention to detail and budgetary restraints
    • A working knowledge of Microsoft applications and creative suite
