The Position:
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Corporate Associate to join the Baltimore office of a full service AMLaw100 law firm. Immediate start, ideally 2022 start date. EOE/AA/M/F/D/V.
The Candidate:
The ideal candidate will have at least three years’ experience in mergers and acquisitions, securities and/or private equity/venture capital. A strong academic background and excellent writing skills are required, as is admission to the Maryland bar (or ability to become).
