Corporate Associate

Our client’s Corporate & Securities Practice Group is presently looking to appoint an Associate with four to seven years’ corporate transactional experience, ideally focused on mergers and acquisitions.

Preferred candidates will have worked in a large regional or national law firm on private fundraising, private equity financing, and other complex business transactions, representing both buyers and sellers.

The successful candidate will manage a variety of transactions and be involved in the drafting, negotiating, and reviewing of transactions documents.  This will require outstanding written and oral communications skills as well as exemplary academic credentials.

Applicants must be licensed to practice law or be willing to take the next available bar exam.  This role is flexible and can be worked on a hybrid basis.
