Construction Superintendent

A leading homebuilder operating throughout the US Southeast for over thirty years is currently looking to appoint a proven Construction Superintendent.

The successful candidate will be tasked with (and therefore require experience of):

• Providing professional communication with trade partners, suppliers, building officials, homeowners, and other team members
• Exhibiting high attention to detail and organizational skills
• Following the construction scheduling process proficiently
• Demonstrating a friendly attitude and persistent work ethic
• Daily visit job sites to inspect quality, monitor schedules, and provide any necessary guidance to ensure homes are completed on time and in accordance with agreed quality standards
