    This is an exciting new position that would be ideal for a recently qualified business graduate or an individual with some working experience in internal compliance or ISO auditing.

    The Position:

    The appointed Compliance Coordinator will be responsible for the handling and continuous improvement of all our client’s internal compliance systems, principally involving:

    • Maintenance of compliance infrastructure including electronic documentation creation, control and revision
    • Liaising with all departments on regulatory activities, providing guidance and support
    • Implementing actions to legislative and product changes
    • Researching and managing all quality, regulatory and technical working methods for external and internal audits
    • Preparing for audits by compiling and analysing internal and external information relating to ISO 9001:2015, ISO14001:2015 and ISO27001:2013 standards
    • Researching new ISO standards in line with the company’s objectives and creating reports accordingly
    • Undertaking regular internal audits to ensure compliance is maintained and areas for improvement are identified
    • Creating, reviewing and improving standard procedures/protocols and documents in line with current legislation, ethical and best practice requirements
    • Ensuring compliance with legal requirements by keeping up to date with existing and evolving legislation and advising management on any actions needed to maintain compliance
    • Working with the H&S manager to ensure compliance and risk management is effective throughout the company
    • Working with the finance manager to ensure low level information is collected and presented for audit control and review
    • Assisting with supply-chain management and supplier compliance

    The Candidate:

    Applicants will be expected to demonstrate:

    • A minimum bachelor’s degree qualification or applicable (audit/compliance) work experience
    • Self-motivation, discipline and a keen desire to learn new skills and progress within the company
    • Knowledge of the requirements of ISO 9001:2015, ISO14001:2015 and ISO27001:2013 standards
    • Confidence to deal at all management levels within the company and with clients and suppliers
    • The ability to undertake numerical and data analyses, carry out research and use report diagnostics
    • Excellent communication and decision-making skills
    • Advanced problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail
    • Proficiency in document manipulation using various software packages including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point and Project
